What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept:
Cash on Delivery (COD) – available nationwide.
Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash (coming soon).
We’re working on adding more secure online payment options for your convenience.
Do you offer same-day or express delivery?
Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery.
All orders are processed and shipped within our standard 4–5 working day timeframe.
In the future, we may introduce express shipping options for select cities.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 4 to 5 working days across Pakistan.
However, during public holidays, sales events, or critical conditions (such as bad weather or courier delays), delivery may take slightly longer.
We always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible!
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You can cancel your order only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
