No Returns of Delivered Products

Due to the nature of our products (party supplies, décor items, and accessories), we do not accept returns or exchanges after successful delivery. This policy helps maintain the hygiene, quality, and integrity of our inventory.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In rare cases where you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To report an issue:

  1. Email us at support@humariparty.com with your order number.

  2. Attach clear photos showing the issue (damaged or wrong item).

  3. Our team will review the case and get back to you promptly.

We may offer a replacement or store credit (in special cases), depending on the situation. Please note that decisions regarding replacements are made solely at the discretion of Humari Party’s customer support team.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
